Shipping
Where do you ship? We currently ship within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
How long does shipping take? Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times are usually 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — all U.S. orders ship free.
Returns
What is your return policy? You may return your eyewear within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in pristine condition, free of wear, marks, or damage, and include the case and cleaning cloth.
Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may use any carrier you prefer, though we recommend choosing a service with tracking to ensure the return arrives safely.
How do I start a return? Submit a request through our Contact Form with your order number. We’ll issue a return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without a return authorization cannot be processed.
When will I receive my refund? Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
Exchanges
Do you offer exchanges? Yes — you may exchange your eyewear for any color or style that is in stock.
Who pays for shipping on exchanges? Customers are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. We cover the outbound shipping for the replacement item.
How do I request an exchange? Submit an exchange request through our Contact Form with your order number and the item you’d like instead. We’ll issue a return authorization and exchange instructions.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty? Yes — EYRA frames are covered by a 1‑year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
What does the warranty cover? Hinge issues, structural defects, or coating failures not caused by misuse.
What is not covered? The warranty excludes damage caused by wear, scratches, impact, heat exposure, chemicals, or cleaning with non‑lens‑safe materials. Accidental damage, lens scratches from improper cleaning, and wear from normal use are not covered.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update or cancel it. Please reach out through our Contact Form as soon as possible.

Most sunglasses under $200 use low‑cost TAC or basic polycarbonate lenses. EYRA uses optical‑grade nylon polarized lenses, the same material found in luxury eyewear because it delivers sharper clarity, higher impact resistance, and true‑to‑life color. Nylon is lighter, stronger, and optically superior to TAC, making it the premium choice for long‑term durability and visual performance.
Our frames are crafted from hand‑finished acetate or stainless steel, engineered for balanced ergonomics and all‑day comfort. Every detail — from hinge construction to finishing — is designed with intention and built to last.
